
The ARC is the largest advocacy organization in the United States for citizens with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities and their families. The ARC of Wayne County, PA is a county chapter of the National ARC.
Our Mission
​
The ARC's Mission is to promote active citizenship and inclusion of all children and adults with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities and their families. We will promote and protect the civil and human rights of people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In conjunction with its state and national organizations, The Arc of Wayne County works every day to carry out its mission
to promote active citizenship and inclusion of all children and adults with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities into our local communities.
